Returning your order
- At Theo & Paws we are committed to delivering high quality products but if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may notify us that you would like to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, no signs of wear, dirt or be covered in pet hair.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving your returned item. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
- Original postage costs will NOT be refunded unless an item is damaged or faulty.
- All returns must make it back to us within 28 days of you receiving your order and you must notify us within 14 days that you wish to return an item.
Faulty or incorrect item
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item then please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide order number, name and clear pictures with a description of the fault so we can look into this.

How to Return
- Email us at hello@theoandpaws.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return and reason for return
- We’ll email you a prepaid Royal Mail return label.
- Attach the label securely to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest Post Office.
A £5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return label and handling fees.
