Theo & Paws cannot accept responsibility for accessories that do not fit properly. Since every dog is unique—even within the same breed—sizing can vary. Our accessories are crafted for everyday adventures, but just like any human accessories, they require care. Over time, natural wear may occur, and we recommend that owners regularly check their dog’s accessories to ensure they remain safe and secure. You should discontinue use of any product showing signs of significant wear or damage.

While our collections are designed for everyday use for most dogs, please note that accessories may have a shorter lifespan if worn by dogs that pull excessively or have particular behavioural needs. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for items that have been damaged through heavy use or misuse.

Our current collections, are aesthetic lifestyle range and are not heavy-duty. These are best suited to smaller breeds or dogs that are gentle on their accessories. They are not recommended for large or strong dogs, and Theo & Paws cannot be held responsible for damage caused by pulling, chewing, or scratching. More durable accessories for larger breeds will be available soon.

To preserve your Theo & Paws pieces, we suggest hand washing in cool water (no hotter than 30°C).
